studio rules

  • Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING at all inside our outside of the studio. No exceptions allowed.
  • All fees are due at the time of booking. If fees are not paid within 24 hours of booking, scheduled time will be canceled.
  • Rental time begins PROMPTLY at the booking start time and ends at the booking end time.
  • Rental time allows for: load-in, setup, tear down, and cleanup. Please plan accordingly when considering how much time is needed.
  • Music must be kept at a reasonable level. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
  • No pets allowed unless prior approval was given. Please send us a message HERE.
  • Small and/or hard to clean material require prior approval. $50 cleaning fee applies. We reserve the right to assess additional fees depending on the condition of the studio after booking concludes.

 

studio equipment

  • Studio strobe lighting is provided with booking at no additional cost.
  • Monochromatic (white, grey, black) backdrops are provided with booking at no additional cost.
  • Color backdrops are available for $25. Colors vary and are subject to availability. Call 480-570-8485 for current list.
  • Special color backdrops can be ordered and installed for $99. Please give us a 7-day notice.
  • Cyclorama wall coming soon!

 

 

cancellation & rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental time are subject to a full refund, less a 5% cancellation fee.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled rental time.
  • 25% reschedule fee if notified less than 48 hours before scheduled rental time.

Do you provide the photographer?

 

Yes we can! If you'd like to book studio time with a photographer, either email misplacedsurferphotography@gmail.com OR call/text Abel at 480-570-8485.

What if I need to book a time that isn't available on the calendar?

 

 

Please CONTACT US and include what day/time you are trying to book that is not available. We will do our best to accommodate.

What forms of payment do you accept?

 

 

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, ApplePay, PayPal, and Zelle.

Payment is due at checkout.

If paying by Zelle, payment must be received within 24 hours of booking or booking will be canceled.
